Christmas 2023 Key Visual for Hilton Orchard Singapore

Client: Hilton Orchard Singapore

Role: Key Visual, Bauble Designs, Script Lettering, Illustration

The illustration features Christmas motifs such as holly leaves and berries, poinsettia (famously coined as the Christmas star flower), eucalyptus, pine cones, winterberry, Christmas baubles and letters – after all, the campaign theme was “Letter to Santa”. And of course, I have to add my favourite stars and snowflakes!

I’ve explored various compositions for the lettering portion and landed on this final composition as it was the most compelling. It resembles a Christmas tree and the flourishes break up the copywriting, allowing it to be easier for the eyes to read from top to bottom.

Despite the tight 6-day turnaround, I had a lot of fun creating this from start to finish!

BAUBLE DESIGNS - 3 COLOURWAYS

Afterwards, I took elements from the approved key visual to create the bauble designs in 3 festive colourways: gold, red and green. These baubles were produced for Hilton's guests to pen messages to Santa, and they were then hung and displayed on Hilton’s Christmas tree located in the lobby.
