Design taught me to focus on the right audience

I've learned to research the audience enough to let it drive my creative process. In a pool of people, only a few need what your creating. I've learned to focus on bringing value to them and iterate relentlessly.

The earlier the end user is involve, the better:

- Prototype to bring the design in front of the audience asap.
- Brainstorm/present to stakeholders with the end user in mind.
- Keep the conversation with your audience open.

Focus on the one in the audience who is on the edge of his seat listening to what you have to say :)
