10 | Greentea Peng — MAN MADE

The countdown begins. This record was one of the most anticipated of the year for me, and I got exactly what I expected: pure talent. I got to know Greentea Peng's work last year during lockdown and I immediately fell in love with her musical project and the very particular style she has. MAN MADE is a compilation of songs influenced by alt-R&B, jazz, reggae and psychedelic rock, and many of the songs seem to be an ode to Amy Winehouse herself fused with the exquisite sound of Erykah Badu, but on acid… chef’s kiss for the ears.
