I'm proud to showcase one of our latest projects finalised at Hidden Depth, you can view it at http://www.tcd.ie/visitors/events/.

Our primary goal for the design was to create a more visual experience when showcasing the different rooms available on the campus for a wide variety of events.

Because each page has a lot of information, the blue bar contains anchor links that scroll users to different parts of the page, this element sticks to the top of the page when scrolled past to make it convenient for users to navigate through the information.

The dining page (shown in the screenshot) displays the different restaurants, available when booking an event, in a horizontally scrolling carousel. Each room has its own thumbnail image which opens up an information section when clicked. Rather than placing all the rooms in a standard table, we made it more visual, to allow users to get a better idea of what to expect when booking a particular venue.
