I created a motion design video for the induction page to visually engage new members of Te Tāhuhu o te Mātauranga | Ministry of Education for the Induction Project. By combining animation, graphics, and sound, this approach effectively communicated key information, company culture, and expectations. I was across story-boarding, selecting a cohesive visual style, incorporating animation techniques, and enhancing the viewer experience with narration, music, and sound effects. The final product serves as an impactful introduction, making the induction process memorable and a positive connection with the organisation.
