Finova - Broker CRM Dashboard

Overview

Finova is innovative open cloud based software that connect lenders, intermediaries and consumers in the mortgage, lending and savings sectors. The software speeds up the application processes, provides modern user interfaces and drives operational efficiencies throughout the life time of a financial product.

Challenge

The CRM, developed solely by developers for 15+ years, contained numerous broken UX solutions, making it challenging to use with an outdated and non-functional UI. The problem we addressed was the growing frustration among brokers, leading to an increased exit rate and difficulties in system setup for their businesses. The system is fully customisable by brokers to fit their diverse workflows, which quickly turned out to be the biggest challenge.

Solution

After understanding the system and identifying brokers' challenges, we developed new system wireframes. These were iteratively tested with brokers until we ensured their satisfaction. Adopting the Ant Design system, we seamlessly aligned it with the new branding we established. Culminating in final UI designs embedded in a FinTech style, we delivered a solution that brokers loved.
