Knowledge Work is a knowledge management tool with overwhelming usability that allows you to strengthen your sales force and improve productivity with a single tool.

We launched a file-sharing function to streamline business negotiations for sales staff and I was responsible for information architecture, the part of product specs, and the user interface.

Collection View

All share links are separated into each category of myself/stakeholders/all to enable users to look for a share link based on the user story. Also, Managers can easily find the shares other members have created by using categories, user names, and so on.

Create/Edit View

One of the UIs I iterated many times is the one for uploading files. Simply put, it can be sorted, added, easily, and editable for allowing to download which has several options. The UI is intuitive and concise so that users are able to use it at first glance.

Detail View

Users can organize the files they've sent to their customers for appointments. Also, checking status which shows the number of views and downloads allows them to streamline their appointment in advance. The UI is clear sleek, and adaptable for any user.

Authentication View

Users can make shared links secured by setting some options such as e-mail authentication.
