RCBS has a global presence and continues to provide reloading equipment to shooting enthusiasts and reloaders worldwide.

RCBS planned to rebuild their old mobile app to the new one which would support both IOS and Android versions. This app would be working in conjunction with devices RCBS's ChargeMaster Link, ChargeMaster Supreme, or MatchMaster dispensers. The app should allow users to connect to their devices (weights/dispensers) and do operations with powder dispensing for the weapons users have.
Challenge
The challenge involved addressing a critical issue with an outdated application, characterized by poor connectivity, lack of data updates, and a subpar user interface and experience, requiring not only functionality enhancements for offline usage but also a comprehensive redesign.
