light center application

what was my role?

For the project, I served as the product designer for an application aimed at streamlining user and admin interactions. My primary responsibility was to develop a comprehensive data structure that catered to the diverse needs of both users and administrators. This involved extensive research to understand user behaviors and preferences, mapping out user journeys across various services, and defining the available options for each user interaction. From conceptualization to delivery, I oversaw the entire design process, ensuring that the final product met the requirements and expectations of both users and stakeholders.

let's talk about challenges!

One of the main challenges encountered during the project was managing the complexity of integrating a multitude of data and forms from different sources into a cohesive and user-friendly interface. Additionally, translating in-person services into an online platform while maintaining ease of use posed its own set of challenges. Another significant hurdle was seamlessly integrating the admin role with the user role to ensure a smooth data interaction process for both parties. Throughout these challenges, preserving the brand's identity and character remained paramount, requiring careful consideration and communication to maintain consistency while implementing necessary changes.

We employed an agile design thinking approach, collaborating closely with project managers, the team, and stakeholders throughout the process. Regular meetings ensured alignment with project goals and stakeholder needs, facilitating informed decision-making and iterative design improvements. This collaborative effort was instrumental in delivering a solution that met all requirements effectively.

As a designer, the most rewarding moment was creating the character for our product. Its bold icons became a cornerstone, enabling clearer communication with our users and enhancing overall usability.
