04/32 – Rochester Pioneers Uniforms
Behind the Stitches
With a name like the Pioneers, this team keeps it clean and simple.
The team's helmet is a white stripeless shell with a gray facemask and the primary block "R" in a red shield on either side. The front and back bumpers feature "Pioneers" and "Rochester" wordmarks respectively.
The Pioneers only have four uniform combinations, pairing red or white tops with red or white pants. Each jersey incorporates a large "Pioneers" wordmark just above the numbers and the tertiary badge mark on the left chest. The pants are also stripeless, with only the primary logo on the hips.
For the number set, we've extended the same custom typeface built for the team wordmarks. It embodies the many curves and angles seen sprinkled across the city's architecture and expresses it in a bracketed slab serif.
These mockups were made with a modified and retextured Madden 20 on PC. The in-game screenshots were then used to create a composition in Photoshop.
