Wilde makes real estate investing closer than ever through a smart take on property co-ownership - bridging the gap between realty buyers, agents, owners, and admins via one easy-to-use solution, it removes property investment barriers, allowing you to co-own an investment property. Every real estate object’s (house’s) worth is divided into 8 shares - a Wilde user can buy the share at a fraction of the common realty market investment price and easily become a real estate co-owner. At an affordable entry level, the platform enables one to gain high returns in the long run, while an intricate user role hierarchy makes Wilde seamless at work.
Project features
Users looking to become an owner of the house’s 8th share get all the tools, opportunities, and guidance on where to start and how to move on in one place. Wilde helps handle all the paperwork, organize cleaning, coordinate property design, and even schedule your lawnmowing. Property buyers get convenient search criteria for easily finding the right property by filling out a mini form. The search tool works as a handy request filter that notifies users if any criteria-based option pops up when nothing is found in real time and collects TA data at the same time.
Agent’s dashboard
Our team has implemented a full-blown real estate agent’s digital workspace where realty offers can be fully organized and managed without going far. As a result, agents can use the app to enrich their offers with photos, descriptions, special notes, etc., update the offer’s status, track each property ad’s history and use it for analytics, and more. A separate dashboard indicates the profiting balance (in % from sales) from each property share sold. There is also a dedicated chat that agents can use to contact admins to make inquiries, requests, and suggestions.
Admin’s dashboard
Admins get their own fully-equipped digital workspace as well where they can conveniently monitor all incoming buyer and agent requests and submissions. Real estate administrators can use the tools for tracking all necessary details as well as for creating realty offers of their own. Requests are classified by types and stages of completion (awaiting consulting, processed requests, pending, etc.). For further convenience, admins are enabled to look through the search criteria of each buyer in order to be readily informed on everything they need in advance. All property analytics can also be easily tracked in one place.
