Scorpius Iza concept logo in 3D

This logo is the third revision of this project. This logo is part of my ongoing passion project, a book series titled The Mythos of Down Below. The logo is an abstract take on a group of villains in one of the later books who are a crustacean and scorpion hybrid alien species. Originally, the lobster part of the logo was a species of crab, but I had to scrap it because I could do better at executing the concept. Experimenting with Illustrator's 3D capabilities was fun to explore, and it made me realize the potential of expanding my craft in projects that might need those tools in the future.
