Align, aligning HR tools w. organization's vision - logo design

Logo design proposal for Align, a company specialized in using and implementing HR tools to ensure that the companies policies, procedures, standards and practices are aligned with the organization's overall strategy and vision.

The logo shows an abstract A letter mark composed from 3 different elements aligned that form diamonds, a metaphor for perfection, for polished results. The overlapping between the elements also stands for communication and connectivity between employees and within the organization departments.
