The leaderboard visually ranks agents based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call resolution times, customer satisfaction scores, and productivity levels. This design enables supervisors to quickly identify and reward top-performing agents, track performance trends over time, and motivate the team to improve their performance. The leaderboard serves as a valuable tool for enhancing call center efficiency and customer satisfaction.
