North Dakota License Plate Redesign

North Dakota has recently approved a new license plate design that I've found to be completely terrible, and so I've written a post explaining why: http://www.ashtonrose.org/blog/new-north-dakota-license-plate

This design is an example of what it could have been if design was a priority. As a born and raised North Dakotan, I take pride in my state and wanted to show off the beauty of our great state in this design.

For some background, North Dakota is a state complete with numerous prairies and gorgeous sunsets. We have several crops, the most popular of them being wheat. The state's official nickname is the Peace Garden State, and was formed in 1889.
