I've long thought about how I would design a desktop email app. Recently, they seem to be all the rage. Is 2016 the year of email apps? Weather apps were *so* 2015.

Nylas N1, Polymail, CloudMagic, and Airmail are the newest email apps to compete for everyone's attention. With the exception of CloudMagic (for desktop), they all look the same, roughly. I wanted to breathe new life via a new layout. I do like this direction and I hope I can think of novel ideas.

Still, these thoughts are in flux as I brainstorm.

I really love Procreate on the iPad Pro. The  Pencil makes it beautiful.
