'Shopbuy' Net Magazine Concept

So, here's a concept I recently put together for an upcoming Design Challenge to be featured in Net Magazine (March 2016).

The brief was to create a home page design for an online supermarket, and being an avid online food shopper myself, I dived straight in and tried to think about things differently.

Shopbuy (probably could have thought of a better name) is basically an online supermarket where you can chose how you want to shop - either by meals or items. The 'Meal' mode enables people to be able to purchase everything they need for a meal quickly and easily.

User can create their own meals (good for repeat purchases); edit the ingredients they actually need from the meal ingredient list (i.e "I've already got loads of chicken so I don't need that"); and it also allows users to increase or decrease the number of servings they want each meal to provide. Costs and quantities are figured out behind the scenes meaning minimal effort from the user.

I got very excited about this and thought of tones of cool features this *could* have - but I hope you guys like the general concept :)
