Chief Slacabamorinoco = the Reviver of Revelry. My hometown, Mobile, Alabama is the THE original home of Mardi Gras, and to get into the carnival spirit, I created this little badge. Chief Slac/Joe Cain is credited with bringing back Mardi Gras following the Civil War after it faded away for a while.
