Huge fan of Dribble. Love the community here. First time posting my art here. I designed this low poly pixel portrait on my iPad. I create a 256pxl by 256pxl canvas then paint with a 1pxl by 1pxl brush. I start with a low poly sketch then I add shading. Usually takes me between 1-2 hours. Afterwards I bring the portrait into photoshop, clean it up so I can live trace it in illustrator (I've created a special customs live trace for pixel art) then I scale the design up for print and add a few bells and whistles and ta da. A low poly pixel portrait. I like to call this style hi lo fi art. :D
