User Profile - #006

I've always been bothered by the lack of emphasis on the user profile picture in Instagram. It's always been microscopic and there is no way to view it in full res - yet it's such a key way to express yourself and nowadays, is often overlooked as a result.

This different take on Instagram's user profile addresses that. With an emphasis on the profile picture. This increases the area used at the top quite a bit, and that's just the give and take I suppose - but users are really good at scrolling and personally I feel that the experience isn't dented by the main content being a bit lower on the screen initially.
