Leadership lapel pin

This design adapted from the Diploma seal as an award for Full Sail University employees that complete the Leadership Academy program. The program is similar to a Six Sigma certification. While it looks simple, it went through several renditions and concepts before arriving here. It's great to be able to feel and hold your design in metal!
