This is a logo symbol I designed for musicto to represent the brand on their album covers.

For people who have to address a specific task or challenge and are looking for music to help, musicto publishes albums designed to create the optimal sonic environment.
Flow, aka "the zone", is a mental state in which a person is completely immersed in energized focus. musicto allows its listeners achieve this state by creating the optimal sonic environment.
For this logo, I explored the use of enso symbol to reflect this state. In Zen Buddhism, an enso is a circle that is hand-drawn in one or two uninhibited brush strokes to express a moment when the mind is free to let the body create. The enso symbolizes absolute enlightenment, strength, elegance, the universe, and the void. I placed the universal symbol for "play" within the enso circle to give it a musical context and bring a lively, directional energy to the symbol.
