Sports & Food Pattern

First crack at creating a seamless pattern. Now I have to read these entree descriptions while laying out the menu... how do you work with distractions like:

"Shaved sirloin sauteed with caramelized onions, mushrooms, and peppers. The sirloin is smothered in American, Mozzarella, and Provolone cheese. Stuffed in a dumpling wrapper and deep fried golden. Served with a homemade Guinness cheese."
