⚡️ Hiring Process UX

Part of the Human Direct project, this page was probably the most satisfying to design. I also did the branding which unfortunately did not make it into the final round. But boy, it was fun! ⚡️

Human Direct, on one hand allows people to browse through a list of selected job, and on the other hand encourages companies to post jobs on their web app. We targeted the tech people and designed an interface for them.

UX-wise, this kind of process is usually shitty and that's what we avoided here with using a step-by-step process that's not boring and a bit of gamification.
