In 1946, the world was changing. And in Cohoes, NY, the innovative papermakers at Mohawk quietly created a new product—Mohawk Superfine—the ultimate paper.

In the 70 years since it was created Superfine has developed a passionate following. To celebrate Mohawk Superfine’s 70th birthday we created an invitation to encourage designers, printers and paper lovers to write a love letter to Superfine.

The invitation asks Superfine fans everywhere, to send a birthday greeting, love note, fan letter, Instagram post, sketch, email or memory about your relationship with Superfine.

An icon and series of Instagram and Facebook posts were created to build support.
