Design process / Client Communication

Here @Novoda we thought to visualise what is our ideal Design Process and how it's organized, so in these days I worked on a series of illustrations to compose a very big poster!

What is the best way to start a new work if is not the communication with our new client?

This phase is one of the most important to understand very soon the needs and the goals behind a new project. Also at this point we're building the first foundations for a durable and healthy relationship with the client. Then it won the first place in our list :)
