Otto Onboarding

Did the illustrations and flow of this simple onboarding yesterday. It's always fun when I get a chance to do a little illustration once in a while.

This is an enterprise app that allows employees of large companies to send 'requests' like a sick day, a day off, or running late to our automation engine. When we get the request, it triggers a rule which does with the data what the company would like. For example, if a company were to set up a request of 'Sick day', our rules engine could let their supervisor know, update the employee's schedule, call in someone else to work, and update their HR system with all of the details.

Basically, this is similar to an enterprise version of the IFTTT DO app. Instead of the end user creating the event, the company does. It also gives employees of specific types of companies visibility into their work schedule and will eventually allow them to be notified when overtime is available, see on their schedules when the company is ready for them to go home early, and be able to have much more control and visibility into their work life.

Check out the attachments to see the illustrations.
