Lending Admin Tools

As a part of updating the lending feature and flow on Archive.org, I created a suite of admin tools to manage book lending and to highlight important analytics. The staff at the Internet Archive is small, so my goal was to create an admin dashboard that could easily be learned and understood by any staff member who was available to help users. I conducted interviews with support staff to learn more about which actions users generally required the most help with and focused on making those interactions easy and intuitive.
