Loony Bin Comedy Club - Wichita's Funniest Person Logo

Wichita comedy club asked me to design a logo for their annual competition. I had to use colors from their main logo. I added purple for royalty. They ask to have the Wichita flag icon in counter of the "O" and I'm kinda "blah" about that.

This is one of four logos-not yet finalized.
