D & J Home Improvement

D & J Home improvement is a local small business in Cincinnati, Ohio owned by as family friend of mine. They specialize in building improvement for residential and commercial properties. Since most of their business is generated by word of mouth and online (ebay sales) improvement of their business site was needed. My design for D & J Home improvement focuses on pictorially representing their work, customer engagement, and lead management.

Their site now pictorially features the different types of awnings and roof options they have available to their clients; showing both the type of work they do and the end result. I also created a DIY section in the site navigation to allow for potential eBay buyers to have the ability to easily view/download self installation instructions.

It was also critical for them to have a consistent means for lead management. In the top right of the page there is the ability to access a contact us page with form capabilities for both contact information and quote submission.
