Barbershop chatbot

The only chatbot I need and really dream of is a chatbot to make an appointment. An appointment with a barber, a doctor, for a carwash, etc. This kind of offline services really don’t need a special app, but making appointment over a voice call then you don’t see all the available time options is really annoying. Chatbots could be perfect in this case.
