Red Sox Scores: September 4, 2016

The Oakland Athletics were limited to two hits and one run in Sunday afternoon’s game but that was enough to disrupt Boston’s perfect record against them this season. Red Sox starter Eduardo Rodríguez took a no-hitter into the eighth inning in a spectacular performance but, after scoring 27 runs over the last two games, the offense didn’t save any runs for the last game of the series.
