Not yet confirmed

I am working on the new trips functionality for lastminute.com, and while exploring ways to inform users about their confirmation status (which accounts for 70% of help line phone calls) - I started to test different terminology. I landed on "Not yet confirmed" as opposed to the previous "Unconfirmed". My stakeholders prefer that I stick to #FEB310 for the colour highlight, but I am not convinced the colour contrast is high enough. I will explore this more.
