Signing a Lease

As an aim to close the loop on the entire renting life cycle, RadPad introduced a product for landlords to create a lease online and send it to renters to sign digitally. This screenshot and the attachments are from the renters signing flow that I had the opportunity to work on with the design and product team.

While designing the experience out, we wanted to make sure the entire flow felt, simple, trustworthy and exciting. It was important that these characteristics shined through, whether that be in the details, the copy or the overall look and feel.

A particularly challenging area was designing out how roommates would securely pay and sign their lease. Check out the screen in the attachments for the solution we came up with.
