GO-JEK's New Rating Driver Redesign

To gather complaints about our drivers, previously we made five-star rating with a comment box in our driver rating screen. However, we found a lot of inaccurate feedbacks from there, such as a user that gave 1-star rating (very bad) but wrote good words for the driver, it makes it harder for our customer care unit to manage and follow up the issues.

So, we made the design clearer by adding the descriptions of each star rating to get rid of the inaccurate feedbacks. We also add a list of top issues complained that users can select from, so it's easier for users to submit their feedback and easier for our customer care unit to manage and solve customer's issues.
