A Designer's Skills

I hate that illustration is not a part of my everyday job and I can't seem to make time for it. How do you guys handle it when you can't find time for doing things you enjoy?

Anyway, here's an icon set I did recently. Are the visuals conveying the meaning correctly? Feedback would be welcome.
