How It Works

Last year I worked with a startup in Auckland to help make their existing design language more consistent across all touchpoints. This involved redesigning sections of the website, such as the How It Works page, which explained the ins and outs of their service.

The page is split into the four steps of the service. The top section explains that the service revolves around two main types of users; truck drivers with extra space in their trucks and people who need to move cargo. Step 2 uses an infographic to explain how the automatic bidding system works.

Ultimately this wasn't the best solution so we didn't use it in production, and the service has changed slightly since I worked on it, but I still like parts of it. I may post more of this project in the future.
