Alex Honnold
Alex Honnold is one of the top climbers ever and made his name free soloing some of the hardest routes in the world. By not using ropes or harnesses, he's able to quickly ascend these routes and has set several speed records. Here he's shown climbing Heaven -- a 40 foot long overhang in Yosemite, several thousand feet above the valley floor -- without any ropes or safety equipment.
