Rio 2016™ | Official Sport Information Guides | 03

Develop, with a multidisciplinary team, guides with relevant and strategic information in 3 languages (2 official ones; French and English) about Sport Policy and Operations for the main stakeholders involved: International Federations (IFs), National Federations (NFs), Technical Delegates (TDs), International Technical Officials (ITOs), National Technical Officials (NTOs), Team Leaders (TLs), Games Officials (GOs), among others. This meant develop guides for 206 National Olympic Committees (NOCs) and 177 National Paralympic Committees (NPCs) about 42 Olympic disciplines and 23 Paralympic disciplines, in three versions, having—over time—updates on standards, procedures and another critical sport informations about the implementation of Rio 2016 Games.

In order to follow up the amount of data we had, develop strategic content, publish, validate the info and export throughout on-line and off-line media, I planned and developed, along with and supervised by my direct manager, a collaborative workflow, based on cloud computing solutions, that was eficacious, efficient and effective, so that, using the database and tools provided by Rio 2016, we would be able to deliver the projects on time. The main tools used were:
     ● Adobe Indesign CC;
     ● Adobe InCopy CC;
     ● Microsfot OneDrive Business; and
     ● Microsoft Office 365.
