VWO Survey Creation Steps 3 & 4

Creating a survey on VWO is split into 4 steps. You can find the first two steps in my previous shot. Here you can see the 3rd & 4th step, where you build the questionnaire & configure some additional options. Notice the custom logo input-box :)
