App Management

This is a big one, we've (@Pete Lada, @Dave Snider) worked long and hard on this new feature roll out: The ability to create and manage your very own app. Once you've filled out all the necessary details, designed your own theme, and added the guide you want to it, submit and it'll show up on all the major app stores.
