Bike (Bicycle) Rental App Concept
Public bike-sharing business is thriving, but not in India! Recently I got a chance to work on the concept of a bicycle rental app which is similar to Uber for bicycles. The aim was to create a network of bicycles that can be instantly available for renting across the city to help people choose bike before the car.
The service would have a few bicycles placed across the city at many designated spots. People are required to pick-up and drop bicycles at these spots for which they would be charged per hour. The hourly rates would also depend on the kind of bike and the riding gear that the person rents along with it.
