Being relatively new in my design career, the creativity gap explained by Ira Glass really hit home for me. He explains that those who do creativity work starts with a gap where the work we produce isn't good as what we know is good. He says that the only way to close the gap is to do a huge volume of work. It is only then your work will be good as your ambitions.
I watch this video every once in awhile to remind myself of the journey. It encouraged me to do the Daily UI Challenge and publish my work.
