Weight Watchers: Week 7

I worked out 5 times this past week and it about did me in, haha. :) With that, I was able to push myself past another milestone: losing my first 5% of my total body weight and a total of 19.8 lbs.

I've struggled with weight almost my whole life and I've recently joined weight watchers. To help me keep perspective, I've decided to record my journey through graphic design.
