HQ promo popout widget

Working on a quick reboot of the HQ brochure-y type site. The previous one was banged out in a rush, so we're circling back and tidying things up a bit. Anyways, here's a quick shot of a newsletter sign-up popout deal-type thing! Simple, small w/ all the main bits accessible right there on the landing... In keeping w/ the general app vibe.

Still need to finesse/hint a bunch of pixels, etc. but you get the idea! Full jam is linked.
