Submit Response Feedback
When someone submits a response in our app, they need some feedback that their response was sent. I prototyped an idea to have some fun with this with a random emoji from a loop to appear. This is a very simple concept but one that is only possible in Origami (and I assume Framer). All other prototyping tools hit a ceiling with this type of thing and cannot provide this level of fidelity. Something as simple as an alert view with customizable fields helps a lot.
It was while having this in our hands that we decided not to build this because of questions such as:
"Is the emoji communicating clearly without the text?"
"Is the text necessary?"
"Will people who don't speak our supported languages still understand, both the words or the emoji?"
This is serious business š
We decided to go with something more simple that I'll share in the near future.
I've attached a screenshot of the patches to make the "random emoji" and message appear.
