Black foil imprint on black presentation folder

This is the cover of a press kit I'm working on for the groundbreaking of a new residential building using a black, matte foil imprint on black, uncoated stock. Doing lots of fun stuff for the inside with some black vellum and a double-parallel brochure that folds out to 11x17. These are multi-use covers, so for the press kit, we will hand stamp "press kit" on the outside front cover and use metal fasteners to attach the inserts to the top of the inside front and back covers. Will post more updates as the project progresses.
