Pokemon GIF: Rhydon

This is a character sprite animation for Rhydon, a Pokemon from the first generation. I Illustrated his 27 components in Adobe Illustrator and imported them into After Effects for animation.

The most difficult part of this animation was creating the 3D aspect of his horn. Initially, I was going to make the entire head rotate in 3D space, but I opted for a simpler animation this time around. Hope you enjoy!
