Pareto principle

Vilfredo Pareto’s observation that only a “vital few” of the pea pods in his garden produced the majority of peas. 20% produced 80% of his peas. Once you’ve honed your progressively enhanced process, you should aim to spend 20% of your project identifying a core purpose and making it work in the simplest way. The remaining 80% of the time should be enhancing that and iterating through refinements.
