Careers Home Page - Top Portion

An idea for the redesign of a career page. Initially I created it for a company, though it’d be unused why let design go to waste.

I wanted the design to focus on the company’s values rather than just job openings. It’d obviously list job postings but also highlight the internal career development programs offered.

This is the top portion of the home page. It includes the hero image with a call to action to apply. And features three of the company’s internal career development programs just below.

Design elements featured are skewed headers and sections. Images to represent different sections and a subtle use of colors throughout the page.
